Als Helen sich eines Tages bei einer missglückten Intimrasur verletzt, muss sie ins Krankenhaus. Dort ist sie nicht nur für Chefarzt Prof. Notz ein ungewöhnlicher Fall. Ihr ungestümer Witz und ihre Wahrhaftigkeit machen sie zu einer Sensation im ganzen Krankenhaus. Helen wittert die Chance, ihre Eltern am Krankenbett wieder zu vereinen und findet in ihrem Pfleger Robin einen Verbündeten, dem sie dabei gehörig den Kopf verdreht...
